Budget For Romania’s Roads And Highways 5% Lower Than 2012 Spending

The company in charge of Romania’s highways and national roads, CNADNR, will get 5.8 billion lei (EUR1.3 billion) budget this year, down 27% on the allocation in early 2012 and 5% less than it actually spent last year.
