Highway Company Spends EUR10B On 150 Km Of Highway. Where Has The Money Gone?

The Romanian national roads company CNADNR, which each year gets the biggest budget allocated to the Transport Ministry, between 2006 and 2011 had cumulated budgets of over EUR10 billion and completed around 150 km of highway, reveals a ZF analysis. The largest number of km, 58, were inaugurated last year, during Anca Boagiu’s term in office.
