Romania To Buy Legal Services For Transport Program Contracts, For EUR8M

Romania's Transport Ministry wants to buy legal assistance services for road authority CNADNR and railway admin CFR, for projects run through the Transport Sector Operations Program (T-SOP), through a frame-contract worth 34.2 million lei (EUR7.8 million), without VAT.
