Dairy producer Albalact’s (ALBZ.RO) chief executive Stephane Batoux is optimistic about Romania’s performance next year but says employees will be harder to find especially for middle management and entry-level positions, because every company is growing and looking to hire and some young people choose to go abroad instead.
