Benovo Takes Over Romanian Aversa’s Assets; Has EUR40M In Store For New Acquisitions

Benovo Capital, owned by Canadian businessman Michael Topolinski, Thursday said it took over the assets of Romanian insolvent pump maker Aversa and also announced it has over EUR40 million available for further acquisitions.
