CTP Mulls Acquiring Globalworth’s Logistic Portfolio in Estimated EUR275M Deal

Remos Vos, CEO and founder of CTP, the largest owner and developer of logistic and industrial spaces by gross leasable area (GLA), is contemplating acquiring the industrial portfolio of Globalworth, entering the race where only South-Africa’s Fortress had run so far, according to real estate market sources.
