Electrica 1H Net Profit More Than Doubles On The Year; Sales Plummet

Romanian state-owned electricity distribution company Electrica SA reported a net profit of 91.5 million lei (EUR20.8 million) in the first half of 2013, more than double from RON34.87 million in the year-ago period.
