Electrica Claims Penalties Of Up To EUR2B From Enel, E.ON And CEZ

Romanian state-owned electricity distributor Electrica SA claims penalties of up to EUR2 billion from Italy’s Enel, German group E.ON and Czech power group CEZ for failing to meet several privatization contract clauses, while the three companies argue penalties should not exceed EUR700 million.
