GDF Suez Energy Romania Acquires 57.2% In Congaz Constanta

GDF Suez Energy Romania has acquired 57.18% in natural gas distributor Congaz Constanta from E.ON Ruhrgas International and OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and increased its stake in the company to around 86%, data from the country’s Competition Council showed Thursday.
