How Energy Holding Urged The Chamber Of Commerce To Cancel Hidroelectrica's Force Majeure Notice

Seven companies asked for the annulment of the force majeure notices issued in September by Romania’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR), but only Energy Holding, assisted by law firm Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, obtained the annulment of the document that exempted Hidroelectrica from honoring its contracts because of the drought.
