Tender Grup To Probe 5,300 Square Km Oil Block In West Africa

Tender Grup, controlled by Romanian businessman Ovidiu Tender, has signed a lease agreement with the Agency for Management and Cooperation between Senegal and Guinea-Bissau for the geological exploration of an oil block with an area of 5,347 square kilometers.
