Transgaz Mulls Paying RON207M In Dividends, Down 17% YoY

Romanian natural gas pipeline operator Transgaz (TGN.RO) plans to pay dividends totaling 207 million lei (EUR46.2 million), down 17% on the year, representing around 60% of last year’s profit, worth RON334.5 million.
