ZF Seminar: Communications, Energy Operators Could Build Smart Grids Together

The still low penetration rate of Internet services in small towns and in rural areas, as well as the prospective cooperation between communications operators and energy operators to build a joint smart grid, are set to make Romania one of the most interesting markets in the region over the next few years. This is the conclusion of the participants to the seminar titled “The telecom market, where to? Can utility operators bring their infrastructure into this battle?” organized by ZF in partnership with ECI Telecom.
