Bucharest Court Of Appeals Cancels Clawback Tax Payment Claim Against Johnson&Johnson

The Bucharest Court of Appeals cancelled a payment notification issued by the National Health Insurance House (CNAS) whereby pharmaceutical company Johnson&Johnson Romania had to pay clawback tax worth over 30 million lei (EUR6.8 million) for medicines sold in 2010-2011.
