Highway Connecting Constanta To Nadlac To Be Completed By 2020

By 2020, more than 30 years after the fall of the communist regime, Romania should finally have a highway connecting Constanta in the southeast to Nadlac on the Hungarian border in the northwest, said Narcis Neaga, the general manager of Romania's company in charge of highways and national roads CNADNR.
