Law Firm Philip & Company Assists Premier Energy with up to EUR825M Bridge Facility for Evryo Acquisition

Law firm Filip & Company has legally assisted Premier Energy with the signing of a bridge facility agreement of up to EUR825 million, granted by J.P.Morgan and UniCredit Bank, for the funding of the acquisition of Evryo group, including Distributie Energie Oltenia, one of the largest energy distribution companies in Romania.
