C&W: Bucharest Office Vacancy Seen Among Lowest In CEE By 2014

The office vacancy rate in Romania's capital city Bucharest will decrease by almost five percentage points by 2014, to 9.8%, considering the surface of newly completed buildings will be halved in two years, according to a survey of consultancy firm Cushman&Wakefield.
