Romanian realty developer Impact Developer&Contractor (IMP.RO) plans to develop over 1,000 apartments on a 26,000-sqm land plot located in the Barbu Vacarescu area, in capital Bucharest, the company’s general manager Lucian Mateescu said Wednesday.
