"Junk" Malls Sell At 80% To 90% Discounts

The shopping centers with poor sales, few clients and hardly any major tenants on the local market are selling at 80% to 90% discount on the prices of 2006 and 2007. The latest deals to prove it are those involving City Mall Bucharest and MacroMall Brasov.
