NEPI Rockcastle Reports EUR307M Net Operating Income For H1/2025, Up 12% YoY

Real estate developer NEPI Rockcastle saw a 12.1% increase in its net operating income (NOI) year-on-year to EUR307 million in the first half (H1) of 2025 and the value of the investment property portfolio exceeded EUR8 billion for the first time in the company's history.
