New Apartment Asking Price Drops Below EUR1,000/Sqm

The stock of new homes available in Bucharest has started dwindling as a result of the low number of apartments delivered in the past two years and the falling prices. In seven out of nine Bucharest housing projects, asking prices stand below EUR1,000/square meter.
