Poor Financial Results Keep GTC From Selling Galleria Buzau And Galleria Piatra Neamt Malls

Israeli-owned real estate developer Globe Trade Center (GTC), which developed a network of four shopping centers in Romania under the Galleria brand, said it cannot sell the Galleria Buzau and Galleria Piatra Neamt malls due to poor financial results triggered by low occupancy rates and low rents.
