Businessman Valentin Visoiu, who has developed over 1,000 housing units in Bucharest through Conarg Construct, will open the four-star Ramada hotel in Pitesti, a EUR20-million investment carried out jointly with Denisa Gociu and Virgil Dumitru, on September 23.
