Court Approves Mexxem's Reorganization Plan

The reorganization plan for insolvent Mexxem, owner of the Stone Creek stores, has been approved in court and will be implemented this month, Wednesday said liquidator Casa de Insolventa Transilvania, the company’s court-appointed administrator.
