Roman Copper Says It Has Reached Final Verbal Agreement With Romania On Acquiring Cupru Min

Canada’s Roman Copper has reached a definitive verbal agreement with Romanian authorities Friday on the acquisition of copper producer Cupru Min, and expects the agreement will be applied, Bayfront Capital Partners, owner of Roman Copper, said in a press release Saturday.
