Romgaz Revises Budget after Azomures Takeover

State-owned Romgaz has proposed to shareholders a rectified budget for 2026 envisaging net profit of RON1,931 million (EUR371 million), 2.9% higher than the level budgeted in May, after the takeover of Azomures.
