Romgaz (stock symbol: SNG), Romania’s largest natural gas producer and leading natural gas supplier, has announced in a press statement the completion of all formalities related to the transaction for the acquisition of production activities of Targu Mures-based chemical fertilizer manufacturer Azomures.
