Selena Paid RON13M To Acquire Euro MGA Product

The transaction whereby Polish group Selena took over entirely Romanian construction materials producer Euro MGA Product amounts to 13 million lei (nearly EUR3 million), Dorin Spataru, administrator of Selena Romania, told a news conference Wednesday.
