The construction industry in Romania has entered a new cycle of growth, albeit slight, because of private sector investment. However, public construction projects are the ones that can induce a steady growth pace of this industry, says Ileana Nicolae, the executive in charge of Eastern Europe for Swiss construction material manufacturer Sika.
