Bucharest Court Of Appeals Issues Different Decisions For Orange, Vodafone Romania In Same Case

The Bucharest Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected a legal action filed by Vodafone Romania against Romania’s antitrust body through which the mobile operator demanded the cancellation of a EUR28.5 million fine it was applied back in 2011 in a case regarding abuse of dominant position.
