The operators are worried that they might under be audio and video surveillance without knowing it at the headquarters of the communications market watchdog, ANCOM, in Bucharest. The questions ANCOM got also show that operators or companies from countries like Lebanon, Canada, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and China might participate in the communication license competition.
