He does not have highway construction contracts, does not post margins of more than 5-10%, and works mainly in the Banat area (western Romania). Yet last year his business became the second-largest Romanian-held building company, with EUR180 million in revenue. BUSINESS CONSTRUCT talked to the businessman who controls Timisoara-based company Confort and learned about how this business was set up.
