Transgaz And CEGH Sign Cooperation Agreement To Establish Romanian Gas Hub

Romania's natural gas transmission company Transgaz (TGN.RO) and Austrian Central European Gas HubAG (CEGH), the operator of the Virtual Trading Point in Austria, have signed a Cooperation Agreement to establish Romanian stock company “Romanian Gas Hub”, a joint venture to become the operator of the Romanian Virtual Trading Point (VTP).
