Hot Spring Season, Insufficient Rainfall Jeopardize Romania’s Fall Harvest

The abnormally hot spring season and insufficient rainfall are jeopardizing Romania’s entire fall harvest, namely EUR1.5 billion worth of wheat, barley and rapeseed crops, after all forecasts made in late April pointed to 25% higher crops compared to last year.
