The low liquidity of the Romanian capital market, the high trading costs, and the lack of predictability of regulations are making the Romanian market as a whole less attractive than competitors in the region, and this has a negative impact on the price in the state’s public offerings, says Victor Cionga, managing partner of AZ Capital Advisors.
