Not one euro refunded by the EU from the structural and cohesion funds. This is what the first month of the year looked like, a year in which the Romanian authorities plan to attract EUR6 billion – around EUR3-4 billion in structural and cohesion funds, and EUR2 billion in funds for agriculture.
