Fitch Upgrades Garanti Bank To 'BBB-' With Stable Outlook

Fitch Ratings Friday upgraded Romania-based Garanti Bank SA’s long-term issuer default rating to 'BBB-' with stable outlook, from 'BB+', following the upgrade of the bank's ultimate parent last week.
