Hidroelectrica To Upgrade Three Power Plants For EUR300M, Targets Acquisitions

Romania's insolvent state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica wants to invest EUR300 million this year in the upgrade of three hydropower plants and is looking to buy micro hydropower plants in neighboring countries and local wind power capacities of a few hundred megawatts.
