S&P Upgrades Romania's Transgaz To BB+, With Stable Outlook

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Romanian gas transmission and transit system operator Transgaz (TGN.RO) to 'BB+' from 'BB', with a stable outlook, the agency said in a statement Wednesday.
