Romanian Construction Market Seen At Around Half Its 2008 Level, At EUR8.5B

Romania’s construction market will decline this year to EUR8.5–8.8 billion, from EUR9.3 billion in 2012, and from EUR15 billion in 2008, according to Laurentiu Plosceanu, head of the Romanian association of constructors ARACO.
